Evan took his first steps, after a lot of careful consideration of course.
After he learned to walk, the obvious next step was to teach him to ski. Marina helped with the lesson.
Honestly, it didn't work so well - he tried to walk the whole time. But it was fun. Evan also got to play with some exciting new toys.
But the most exciting new toy was probably... new dog #2, aka Rita.
When playing with the dogs didn't do the trick, Evan tried playing with their toys instead. The dogs didn't always agree with this plan...
Marina has been busy with school and training for the Nordic combined - she's learning to ski jump & cross-country ski.
