Lots of pics, as always. First, we have Evan - who's doing what he does best: getting bigger. He's up to 16.5 lbs now for those of you keeping track. And the smile gets cuter and cuter.
Marina is back in Russia for the summer (which is very depressing for me & Tatiana & Evan). Before she left, we made sure to throw a big party. She got to slide on some big inflatable slides:
The birthday party also featured a manicure and a little "birthday girl throne".
And, of course, a cake.
Please note the Tinkerbell costume. In addition to Marina's Tinkerbell costume, we made sure to get a matching one for Sasha, her stuffed sheep. Sasha also got a new friend for Marina's birthday - his/her name is Fuzzy. (*We also confirmed that Marina's stuffed animals have gender issues! Sasha - which is a gender-neutral name in Russian - gets referenced as both "he" and "she". Fuzzy began life as a boy before changing to a girl.) Most importantly, the build-a-bear company now has Marina hooked for the next ~10 years.
Although... toy-wise, nothing beats the little brother. He's much more interactive than the other toys.
